Royal Blue and Gold - Pakistani Wedding Function

Hey lovelies! One of the dearest friends in my entire life is getting married to a super lucky man in February 2011 in Tennessee where she currently lives. Since my friend is Pakistani and they have many wedding functions, the first event was last night. I had never been to South Asian wedding functions so I was pretty excited. I actually have a sari that was gifted to me a while back but never had the opportunity to wear until last night. It's a gorgeous royal blue shade with gold embroideries. I felt so beautiful wearing it (and I also felt like I fit in, hehehe!)

To compliment my sari, I went for similar hues on my eyes. Oh, and I wore Chez Chez Lame powder for the first time too. It gives a gorgeous golden glow to my skin and totally warms up my complexion. I love it!

    everything about this is stunning. Your sari is so beautiful-I love the royal blue. I went to an East Indian wedding a few years ago and I loved the glamour and intricate detail of the clothing.
