Here we have one of my rare green NOTD. Unlike many nail enthusiasts, I'm not a huge fan of green polishes. I do like dark greens though, the ones that could be considered vampy shades. On my nails I have MAC Jade Dragon which was released with Nail Trends 10/11 this past August. This polish is a deliciously dark green with a slight bit of shimmer. The formula was amazing, I really could have got away with one medium coat but I did two. I'm quite impressed with MAC's new nail polish formula.

Here's a two coater swatch for you. Excuse a bit of messy application :P

Hey guys! Long time no NOTD! I purchased three of the Orly new Cosmic FX and love every single one of them. The first one I chose to wear was Galaxy Girl. This shade is a bit like MAC Blue Brown pigment but in polish form. It's a deep red toned brown with blue reflects. Totally unique and totally gorgeous! You will need at least two coats though to get the full effect. There is a dupe for this nail polish in MAC's Venomous Villains so if you like Galaxy Girl but don't have access to Orly, make sure to pick up the MAC dupe.

Here's a two coater swatch for you guys :)

Sexy Divide is definitely up there as my top purple nail polish (it ties with Color Club Electronica and OPI Louvre Me Louvre me Not). It's a very dark purple and came out I believe in fall 2008. I actually have quite a few Essies from fall 2008 collection and love them all. They need to do more edgy colours like this.

On the other hand, right now that I look at my nail pictures I'm not happy with the condition of my fingers; they look so freakin dry. I need to use my Lush cuticle cream more. I so envy bloggers like Scrangie and their prefct nails :/ Though I'm very happy with the shape and lenght of my fingers and nails, I don't like how dry they get, especially from September till the end of winter.

Anyway, enough rambling about, here's 2 coats Sexy Divide on my nails:

These are the nails to go with the glam look of yesterday. I def feel the love affair with Color Club. All of their nail polishes (that I've tried) are amazing! This is actually one of their most famous colours. It's a very deep wine red and very appropriate with glam looks. It's much deeper in person than this picture will make you believe :/ The application was a breeze and I just can't stop staring at my nails.

This is two coats as usual

This is Here Today,...Aragon Tomorrow from OPI's Spain collection. I've actually had this for a month now and finally feel like wearing it as it's getting cooler. I was trying to maximize my brights and neons some more, lol! This is the only polish I got from the Spain collection and I must say it is very beautiful. Green is a big colour this year and this is a very dark forest green. I would say it's a lil too dark as in most pictures it almost looks black :( I still love it though. The texture is great and applies evenly but it dries a lil bit grainy, don't know where that came from!

Anyway, here it is on my nails, 2 coats of it, in direct sunlight:

I forgot to post my nail polish of the day from yesterday. This is Color Club's Slow Jam which I think was part of their Sound of Musik collection last fall. It's a glowy wine colour that has a bit of brown in it. It's a unique colour in my stash and definitely very fall appropriate. The application was great and it looked opaque even after one coat. I put two coats just because, lol!

Here it is on my nails, I love this shade!

Nail of the day is Essie's Fishnet Stockings which I believe came out with their last winter collection. I wore this to go with my wedding anniversary makeup of yesterday. I actually liked the Essie shades from thier past winter collection. Essie nail polishes apply pretty well for me and are opaque with 2 coats. This one is no exception. It's a very deep and sorta vampy red, I would call it blood red. The sunlight makes it appear lighter than actually is. Definitely not your typical tomato red. The vamp inside me adores this types of colours and the formula is a bonus.

Enough rambling, here's two coats of Essie's Fishnet Stockings on my nails:

Here's Electronica by Color Club on my nails. And I gotta tell you, it looks purple IRL, I don't know it photographs sorta blue! I tried so many different settings and angles but it didn't matter. Anyway, it's a dark purple with subtle red/pink glitters. It' sooooo beautiful. I'm honestly in love with Color Club polishes now. If I were to buy one brand for the rest of my life, this would be it, lol! Too bad I don't know of any stores that sells Color Club. I always have to order online.

Anyway, here it is. I applied 2 coats:
